Strategic Operator. Builder. Dreamer.
I’m a first-generation Asian American, raised between cultures and shaped by resilience. I came to the U.S. not speaking English, learned to navigate complexity early, and turned that into a lifelong skill, leading transformation through structure, empathy, and strategic clarity.
With a degree in Industrial Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, I started my career in aviation, grounded in systems thinking and supply chain optimization. Over time, I moved from factory floors to studio lots: from Six Sigma to streaming. That journey taught me how to translate between worlds: product and platform, physical and digital, vision and execution.
For 20+ years, I have led large-scale product operations at NBCUniversal, launching Olympic digital experiences, building & scaling FAST channels, and modernizing global content supply chains. I worked across product, tech, operations, sales, marketing, finance and legal, always asking: how can we connect people, processes, and platforms more intelligently?
In every chapter, I’ve sought to be both a builder and a connector. Helping teams grow, evolve, and deliver. And now, through Three Twenty Dream, I bring that same energy to companies ready for their next chapter — whether to fix the now, launch the new, or lead a pivot.
Three Twenty is my birthday: March 20th. A date that has quietly anchored me over the years. I’m a Pisces and a dreamer by nature, always drawn to big ideas and bold possibilities. In Chinese, my given name “Meng” can be written as 萌 (blossom), marking the first day of spring: a season of growth, new beginnings, and potential. Fittingly, meng pronounced differently is 夢, meaning dream.
And then there's the angel number 320, often associated with alignment, intention, and stepping into one’s purpose. All themes that guided me in building this next chapter.
Three Twenty Dream is a reflection of that convergence:
🌱 A season of growth
💫 A life led with imagination
🧭 A journey guided by purpose and intuition
It’s more than a name: it’s a reminder to build boldly, lead clearly, and keep dreaming.
